Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure your products arrive before Christmas, please take note of the following shipping deadlines for products fulfilled available on our Christmas Shipping Deadlines page.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer FREE shipping to all US customers with orders over $65 (not including taxes).

Local delivery & In-store pickup 

We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup on any of our products at this time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tedeschi Studio, LLC. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, you can login to your Tedeschi Studio, LLC. account to check status or please contact us at support@tedeschi.studio with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Shipping to P.O. boxes

We have carriers available to us that will allow you to have your order shipped to P.O. boxes.

Illinois Taxes

Your purchase may be taxed. For Illinois retail sales, shipping and handling charges for taxable goods are generally taxable when 1) the charges are not separately stated on the contract or invoice, or 2) the charges are separately identified but the seller doesn’t offer the purchaser the option to receive the property in any manner except by delivery from the seller (i.e., no pickup option is given)
