What is your Shipping Policy?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days for most products, excluding weekends and holidays. Following order confirmation, a notification will be sent out once shipped.

Shipping costs are determined at checkout. We offer free shipping for US orders over $65 (excluding taxes). Currently, we don't provide local delivery or in-store pickup. International shipping is available with charges calculated at checkout. Keep in mind, that you may be liable for import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country, which aren't covered by Tedeschi Studio, LLC. You can check your order status via the notification sent after purchase.

What is your Return Policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of item receipt, provided it's unworn, still tagged, and in original packaging with purchase proof. Post-return inspection determines refund eligibility.

If approved, expect an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days; note your bank's processing time may add to this duration.

How do I check on my order status?

You can follow these steps to check your order status:

  1. Log into your Tedeschi Studio LLC. account.
  2. Go to the 'My Orders' section.
  3. Locate the order that you're interested in.
  4. Click on the order number or 'View Order' to see details and order status.
  5. Click on the "Track" button to track your shipment.

NOTE: You may always contact us directly to inquire about your order status if the information you are looking for is not found within your online account. 

Why do your phone cases list a California Prop 65 warning?
